Perhaps you may or may not be aware that we learnt great lessons from our training and consulting engagements in the corporate world. More particularly, we continually learnt that more than 80% of employed Kenyans are totally dispassionate about the work they do. Whereas most people would perceive that to be normal, we associated it with total wastage of human capital resources and efforts, which could have been better utilized.
